You can find your tracking number in any of the email notifications we have sent you. Alternatively you can head to our Tracking Page.

Simply fill in your Email Address, Phone Number, or Order Number and click on the TRACK button. You will then find a list of all active Orders Tracking numbers that you have with us.

Yes! United States customers can sign up for SMS or email updates directly on the USPS website.

Just copy your tracking number and paste it at this link. Then enter your details at the bottom to be notified of any movement.

We try to get everything dispatched within 2-5 days. But sometimes it can be longer as our products are in high demand. You'll receive an email notification once the order has left our warehouse.

Didn't get an email? You can always check your order status here.

Don't worry! Your order is coming. There may be inconsistent updates until the package reaches your country. A lot of carriers are still struggling to keep up with shipments due to COVID-19 and lockdown restrictions.

Once the package is scanned at a City close to yours, then you should receive it within 72 hours. Please note that it's really rare for a package to get completely lost and not arrive. So just be patient and it should make it's way to you!
